Shipping policy

Please make sure the address you've entered for shipping is correct. 

We typically ship USPS within 1-2 days after an order is placed and payment has been processed. 

We package our shipments very carefully but there is always a chance that something will happen along the way during delivery. Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately (1-2 days) at info@sitkoskin.com if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item. Also please include a photo as this will help expedite the issuance of a return label.

If your order is lost during shipping and the tracking number does not contain any information regarding final destination delivery for over 2 weeks (rare), contact us. 

We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages that have already been marked as "delivered".
